LOTTO SH Customer Service Terminal
Customer & Project
The NordwestLotto Schleswig-Holstein GmbH & Co. KG in Schleswig-Holstein (short form: LOTTO Schleswig-Hostein) is the state lottery company in Schleswig-Holstein. The Customer Service Terminal App is used to prepare tickets on a 15 inch Android tablet to generate tickets in a lottery acceptance point.
Requirements for the LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein Customer Service Terminal App
The app is used to prepare lottery tickets on a tablet, which is used as a service terminal in the LOTTO retail outlet. The ticket is prepared at the terminal, then placed in a shopping cart. As soon as this shopping cart has been “sent”, the user receives a number that he can enter at the checkout terminal for payment. Here the user also receives his game receipt for picking up the winnings. The customer service terminal can be used to play all lotteries and also to check winnings by scanning the game receipt. The app thus contributes to the digitalization and substitution of paper with an electronic medium.
Intuitive operation helps users to fill in the play slips and avoid errors.
Implementation by mobivention

Opinion on the project
After the LOTTA service app, the customer service terminal app is our second project for the customer LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein, which we were able to successfully implement together.
