Lotto Thüringen, based in Suhl, is the client of the LOTTO Thüringen app. The online app is used to submit games directly on the smartphone as a registered user and to prepare games for guest users.
Requirements for the LOTTO Thüringen app
With the LOTTO Thüringen app, LOTTO Thüringen offers its customers, among other things, the opportunity to play their lottery tickets online directly via their smartphone in a native app.
All popular lotteries such as LOTTO 6aus49, Eurojackpot, GlücksSpirale, KENO, including the supplementary lotteries Spiel 77, SUPER 6, plus 5 and Die Sieger-Chance as well as scratch cards can be played directly online in the app.
In addition, users can import their submitted game receipts into the app and check them for a win at any time. For the latter functions, Data Matrix barcodes are used, with which the tips of the prepared game tickets or the receipts are coded.
Customers will also receive deposit reminders and jackpot alerts if these are activated.

The challenges of the project were solved well over time and everyone involved successfully completed their task packages and worked together to hopefully create a successful online app.
