NordwestLotto Schleswig-Holstein GmbH & Co KG (short form: LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein) has been the state-licensed lottery company in and for Schleswig-Holstein for over 70 years. The LOTTO SH customer service terminal app is used to prepare tickets on a 15-inch Android tablet for generating tickets at a lottery retailer.

Joint development of the concept in close cooperation with the customer, followed by the subsequent implementation in close coordination with LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein and the supplier of the tablets.
Requirements for the LOTTO SH Service Terminal App
The LOTTO SH Customer Service Terminal app is used for the efficient preparation of lottery tickets on a tablet, which is used as a service terminal in the LOTTO retail outlet. The ticket is prepared directly at the terminal and then placed in a shopping cart. As soon as this shopping cart has been “sent”, the user receives a number that they can enter at the cash terminal for payment. At this point, the user also receives their game receipt, which they need to collect their winnings. The LOTTO SH customer service terminal can not only be used to play all lotteries, but also to check winnings by scanning the game receipt.
In addition, 32″ advertising screens are installed in the lottery wall. These are connected directly to the mobivention digital signage system and are controlled centrally via a CMS. The existing advertising screens will also be converted to the new system.
The app thus contributes to digitization and the substitution of paper with an electronic medium.
Intuitive operation helps users to fill in the play slips and avoids errors at the same time.
Opinion on the project
After the LOTTA app, the LOTTO SH customer service terminal is our second project for the customer LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein, which we were able to successfully implement together.

Implementation by mobivention
