LOTTO Bayern
STÄPP Service Terminal App
Customer & Project
The State Lottery and Casino Administration in Bavaria (abbreviation: LOTTO Bayern) is the state lottery company in Bavaria. The STÄPP service terminal app is used to prepare tickets on a 15-inch Android tablet for generating tickets in a lottery retailer.
Highlights
Joint development of the concept with the customer with subsequent implementation in close coordination with LOTTO Bayern, Oddset and the supplier of the tablets.
Requirements for the LOTTO Bayern Service Terminal App STÄPP
The app is used to prepare lottery tickets at a service terminal in the LOTTO retail outlet. The ticket is prepared at the terminal and then placed in a shopping cart. As soon as this shopping cart has been “sent”, the user receives a number that they can enter at the cash terminal for payment. This is also where the user receives their receipt for collecting their winnings. The app contributes to the digitalization and substitution of paper with an electronic medium.
The intuitive operation is designed to help lottery players fill in their lottery ticket, avoid mistakes and save time by saving number combinations.
Opinion on the project
After the SÄPP service app, the STÄPP service terminal app is the second project we have successfully implemented for our customer LOTTO Bayern.
