NordwestLotto Schleswig-Holstein GmbH & Co KG (short form: LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein) has been the state-licensed lottery company in and for Schleswig-Holstein for over 70 years. The LOTTO SH customer service terminal app is used to prepare tickets on a 15-inch Android tablet for generating tickets at a lottery retailer.
Highlights
Joint development of the concept in close cooperation with the customer, followed by the subsequent implementation in close coordination with LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein and the supplier of the tablets.
Requirements for the LOTTO SH Service Terminal App
The LOTTO SH Customer Service Terminal The app is designed to efficiently prepare lottery tickets on a tablet used as a service terminal at the LOTTO retail location. The ticket is prepared directly at the terminal and then added to a shopping cart.
As soon as the user “submits” the shopping cart, they receive a number, which they then provide at the checkout terminal to complete the payment. At this point, the user also receives their game receipt, which they will need to claim any winnings.
With the LOTTO SH customer service terminal, users can play all lotteries and check their winnings directly at the terminal using their ticket.
In addition, 32-inch advertising screens have been installed in the lottery wall. These are directly connected to the mobivention digital signage system and are centrally controlled via a CMS. Furthermore, the existing advertising screens are being migrated to the new system.
In this way, the app contributes to digitalization and the replacement of paper with a digital medium.
Intuitive operation helps users to fill in the play slips and avoids errors at the same time.
Opinion on the project
Following the LOTTA app, the LOTTO SH customer service terminal is our second project for the client LOTTO SH that we have successfully implemented together.

Implementation by mobivention
