Since 2018, mobivention has designed and implemented a large number of solutions for lottery companies. Here are a few examples:
Scratch card robot
The scratchcard robot from mobivention for lottery retailers is a modular system. It consists of a touchscreen in various sizes (15, 22 or 27 inches) and a scratch card dispenser.
It can be used both as a stand-alone system and in combination with a self-service terminal to sell scratch cards.
The device has an attractive housing and a small footprint. It can also be integrated into a plumbing wall.
Self-service terminal apps
The Self Service Terminal is a further development of the customer terminal app with the following functions:

We offer a selection of different terminals to best suit every application.

Service Terminal Apps
The customer terminal app is used to prepare lottery tickets at a self-service terminal in LOTTO retail outlets. The app thus contributes to digitalization and sustainability by replacing paper with an electronic medium.
The ticket is prepared intuitively and easily at the customer terminal and then placed in a shopping cart. This shopping cart can be printed or made available via a server for collection by the LOTTO terminal.
Depending on the tablet used, the marketing display can also be controlled via it. And if required, we can also supply the MDM software and hardware such as a tablet, printer, monitor and/or mobile router with SIM card preconfigured as a complete solution in addition to the service terminal app.
So far, we have been able to develop service terminal app solutions for LOTTO Bavaria, LOTTO Baden-Württemberg, LOTTO Brandenburg and LOTTO Schleswig-Holstein realize.
Lotto terminals
With the Mini LOTTO Terminal, lottery companies can offer lottery products very cost-effectively in small stores and possibly even mobile.
The Mini LOTTO terminal with integrated rechargeable battery can also be used completely independently via the mobile network. Any lottery product can be sold using the native Android handheld app. Intially, Eurojackpot and LOTTO 6aus49 quick picks as well as scratch cards can be realized.
mobivention meets the new requirements of changing markets with this lottery product. With the Mini LOTTO terminal, lottery companies can significantly reduce costs compared to the terminals used to date.
In addition, the compact range of games considerably simplifies operation for staff at LOTTO retail outlets.
Online apps
The online apps developed by us can be used solely to prepare the gaming slip or as an advanced online app for registered customers to submit a gaming slip directly. This means that an optimized, intuitive and customized solution is offered for both anonymous gaming and registered players.
You can distribute and update these apps to your customers via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. In addition, the apps comply with the BITV 2.0 accessibility criteria.
According to the WLA Global Lottery Data Compendium 2023, online apps offer the greatest potential for online sales worldwide, far ahead of websites. This is due, among other things, to the intensive use of smartphones and tablets as well as the extended functions, for example with regard to identification, payment and, above all, user-friendliness.
So far, we have successfully developed online apps for LOTTO Bavaria and LOTTO Thuringia realize.
Ticket preparation apps
Back in 2018, we launched the SÄPP app for LOTTO Bayern the first of a whole series of native apps for preparing lottery tickets for iOS and Android. Customers can use the apps to prepare tickets for the various lotteries and save them on their smartphone or tablet.
At the retailer, the ticket is displayed as a barcode and read by the LOTTO terminal. Further functions are e.g. push messages, prize verification etc.
Other ticket preparation apps that we have implemented include the ANNA app from Lotto BWthe LOTTI app from Lotto Sachsen-Anhalt, Lotto Saarland Service App.
Online Services
The X- / YouTube winning numbers bot is used to actively provide information for users in social media channels.
The draw videos are retrieved from an interface. They are then posted on the lottery company’s YouTube and Twitter channel and a tweet with a link to the video is generated and sent.
With this solution, users are informed about the draw videos via social media. They can call up the current winning numbers for Lotto 6aus49 and Eurojackpot via the videos provided.
